THE PROGRAM

  1. Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the party starting.
  2. Coordinate with customer on where and when to meet (for hotels only)
  3. Enter the party and show a lot of personality! Meet and greet for a few minutes and say hi and flirt with the customers.
  4. After that, politely ask for a private room (bedroom, bathroom, even closet if worst case) that you can use.  This will be your base of operations.  Remind the customers that they should not leave any valuables in this space as we are not liable for them. Of course we are not thieves but we definitely don’t want to be involved in a situation where a customer can’t find their phone or wallet and starts to blame the entertainers.
  5. In the bathroom, make some room for everyone to lay out their necessities.
    1. Always hide your money well.  Use a fake can safe or something.  Or better yet, leave any valuables you have in your car or home.
    2. It’s recommended that every dealer brings $200 in ones.
    3. Always offer to change out larger bills for ones for the customer. Often each customer will ask for $50 to $100 in ones.  Be prepared! (if the customer’s don’t have a lot of loose change, they tend to tip less.  Ones are EASY to spend so you always want to give them as many of those that you can!)
  6. Put out a wireless speaker and party lights.  Then go over the rules with the customers prior to the party starting.
  7. RULES:
    1. Customers must respect the entertainers comfort level.
    2. Body shots for tips are allowed.
    3. Touching is okay as long as there is no poking, scratching, licking, biting, slapping, etc.
    4. The girls make their money from tips so the bigger the bill, the bigger the thrill!
      1. You can tip to play fantasy or drinking games, get lap dances, private shows, bedroom and bathroom shows, etc.  There are a lot of options for making money outside of dealing cards and hanging out.
    5. If there are any problems, please bring them up with the host/dancer. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, you can contact the office by calling or texting (702) 605-0800
  8. After going over the rules, and collecting any fees upfront (if needed), you can start the party!

GAMES YOU MUST KNOW

REGARDING TIPS

  • Dealers do not pool tips.  They keep what they make.
  • The dealers will send a tip-out to the agency (recommended is 15% of total monies earned excluding your base pay) immediately after the party is over.  We prefer Venmo or Cash App.
    • For example, if you are paid $100 base for a party, then you don’t have to tip out for that amount.
    • If you are paid $100 base and make $500 in tips, your tip out would be $500 x 15% = $7

EQUIPMENT REQUIRED

  • Poker Cards and Poker Chips
    •  DECKS AND CHIPS ARE PROVIDED BY THE HOST SO DEALER DOESN’T HAVE TO BRING THEM

SUPPLIES NEEDED

  • Props for optional games
    • Neon light sticks for anal ring toss
    • Whipped Cream and/or Sour Patch kids for boat races
    • Mini shot glass
    • You can buy these cheap at the dollar store
  • Lots of change!  If you want to get tipped more, make it easier for the customer to do so πŸ˜‰
    • It’s recommended that every dancer bring at least $200-400 in ones to each party.
  • Toiletries
    • Baby Wipes
    • Hand Sanitizer
    • Tampons
    • Mouthwash
    • Perfume
  • Makeup

CLOTHING REQUIREMENTS

  • Sexy dealer outfit (usually lingerie or bikini but can be upgraded to pasties, topless or fully nude)
  • Bootie shorts, daisy dukes or a short skirt are good bottoms.
  • Topless or fully nude is an option! (You can choose to work non-nude jobs only if you prefer).

What to do regarding clothing?

If you are hired as a topless dealer, you should come dressed in clothes that you can strip easily out of.  For example, you should always have sexy lingerie on.  Over that, you could wear a skirt and blouse.  You’d start dealing cards fully dressed and then maybe 10 min later, you remove the blouse and deal cards in your bra.  After 15 min, you can remove your bra so now you’re topless.

Bottom line is you don’t want to walk out topless in the beginning. Have some fun and take off layers of clothing over a bit of time to give the clients more excitement and something to look forward to πŸ˜‰

HELLO SPEECH

“What’s up fellas, you all ready to have some fun?  Well we’re about to get wild and crazy with you but before we start, we have to go over a few ground rules.

  1. Customers must respect the entertainer’s comfort level when it comes to touching.
  2. No poking, scratching, licking, biting, slapping, etc.
  3. The girls make their money from tips so the bigger the bill, the bigger the thrill!
    1. You can tip to play games, get lap dances, private shows, bedroom and bathroom shows, etc.
    2. If you need change for tipping, just let us know! We can change out as much as you want.  Of course, you can tip in $20’s, $50’s and $100’s, we won’t stop you! πŸ˜‰
  4. If there are any problems, please bring them up with the host/dancer. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, you can contact the office by calling or texting (702) 605-0800.
  5. And last, please do NOT go into the bathroom where the girls are changing.  Please respect their privacy and safety, thanks!”
